You will need to register. Part-filled questionnaires can be saved and completed later.
You do not have to restrict your response to the specific questions highlighted in the document and reproduced in the questionnaire. If there are issues not covered in the questionnaire which you wish to raise, you are free to do so.
Responses must be received by 19 November 2009. All responses will be acknowledged and a summary of the main issues raised will be produced once the consultation period has been completed.
