The reports outline the activities undertaken to develop and further embed partnership working between HSE and local authorities in Great Britain. They have been produced by HSE's Local Authority Unit in consultation with LACORS.
The 2009/10 report gives headline figures for LA prosecutions and enforcement and also provides supplementary tables data for more than one year. The four-year prosecutions data sheet provides a list of offender and details of the individual charges laid against duty holders that resulted in a conviction, together with the penalties imposed by the Courts.
Prior to 2008/9 the reports provide details of successful prosecutions only for that year in local authority enforced sectors on health and safety offences.
