Factors influencing Local Authority health and safety interventions and enforcement activity.

Research was commissioned with King’s College London in 2004 to study the factors influencing LA health and safety interventions and enforcement activity. Part One covers LA interventions. Part Two analyses the factors influencing LAs’ enforcement activities.
