• Sedgemoor District Council - planning application 08/11/00158 - Change of use of an existing warehouse unit to A1 retail (non-food) to include part demolition and re-cladding of the existing floorspace and an external garden centre, car parking, etc. on land at Unit 1, Beech Business Park, Bristol Road, Bridgwater.

• Great Yarmouth Borough Council - planning application 06/11/0456/F - erection of 3 storey building housing GP surgeries and community services at Greyfriars Health Centre, Greyfriars Way, Great Yarmouth
• Kirklees Council - planning application 2011/90808; conversion of existing workshops and extension above to form 4 apartments at 140-142 Deighton Road, Huddersfield.
• Halton Borough Council - planning application 11/00200/FUL - to replace extant planning permission for proposed construction of three storey residential home for the elderly at Greenoaks Farm Industrial Estate, Warrington Road, Widnes
• Sandwell Council - planning application DC/10/52848; proposed residential development at Rosemary Road, Thursfield Road and Alexandra Road, Tipton
• Cornwall Council - planning application PA11/03827; erection of five detached houses on land off Bosvean Gardens, Truro and PA11/01343 construction of four flats at Trelyn, The Crescent, Truro.
