Nominated staff in planning authorities can access the PADHI+ system through the HSE Extranet site. Each planning authority has an authorised administrator who can create accounts for any staff who may require access to PADHI+. More information can be found in the PADHI+ information pack.
For other parties who may be interested in land use planning matters, such as developers, local residents, etc, a document describing how the PADHI methodology is used to determine HSE’s advice is available at PADHI – HSE’s land use planning methodology.
