Following a request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for copies of Licence Instruments issued by HMNII in respect of THORP at Sellafield from receipt of the Functional Specification to Active Operation (and including measures taken to comply with information within schedules attached to Improvement Notices 1/2005/NSD/GJB/001 AND 002 - ISSUED 17 June 2005) the following information was released:
