Information released: Following a request under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 for information relating to the review of nuclear regulation carried out by the government's nuclear advisor, Dr Tim Stone' the following paper to the HSE Executive Board was released.
This set out some of the challenges HSE faced in its regulation of the nuclear industry. Some parts of the above Executive Board Paper are self-explanatory but some parts need further explanation so we have produced some supplementary notes to provide context and an explanation.
