Revised guidance for first aid training organisations:
The revised guidance 'First-aid training and qualifications for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981: A guide for training organisations [150KB]' is now available.
Publication will help first aid training organisations prepare for introduction of the new training regime for first-aiders in the workplace. Full implementation will take place from 1 October 2009. Prior to implementation, the current guidance for first aid at work training providers still applies.
