Fees

This page gives details of the fees chargeable under the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2009 for licences and registrations under the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005 and an explosives certificate under the Control of Explosives Regulations 1991.

Table 1: Fees for licences granted by HSE

These fees are payable for licences granted by HSE - except licences for storage at mines and in harbour areas.

Table 3: Explosive certificates

A fee is payable for an explosive certificate where the applicant also holds a licence or registration under the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005. In other cases no fee is charged.

Table 4: Classification of Explosives

This fee is payable for application for approval of classification of an explosive, under the Classification and Labelling of Explosives Regulations, 1983.
