Health and safety training workshop for equestrian businesses

This free workshop is part of the HSE and local authority ‘Revitalising health and safety’ strategy. In future, inspectors will be looking closely at how equestrian businesses are managed, particularly at accident investigations.

The day will include:

• presentations on your legal obligations;
• information about manual handling; and
• talks on human and equine personal protective equipment, with demonstrations by the equestrian department at Kingston Maurward College.
