Classroom risk assessment

HSE has worked in collaboration with DfE  and  the devolved administrations to develop this tool  . It enables you to produce a tailored assessment by selecting the relevant hazards and thinking about how you control them. This questionnaire seeks views on the functionality and usability of the tool and views as to how it compares to DfE's/HSE's other guidance on risk assessment.

Consultation started on 22 November 2010 and ended on 4 February 2011.
