A guide to the offshore installations (safety case) regulations 2005

1. This Consultative Document (CD) seeks views on draft guidance in support of the new Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations 2005 which come into force on 6 April 2006.

2. These regulations revise and update the current Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations 1992 and the guidance will replace the HSE publication A guide to the Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations 1992 (L30)
