Summary

This consultative document seeks your views on a new regulation (regulation 13(A)), proposed by the Health and Safety Commission (the Commission), to give legal effect to the Transco iron mains replacement programme, which would amend the Pipelines Safety Regulations 1996 (PSR). The proposed amendment regulations, which would be called, The Pipelines Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2002, are contained in Appendix 1.
