Introduction

This Consultative Document seeks comments on new Regulations proposed by the Health and Safety Commission to amend the Notification of New Substances Regulations 1993 (NONS 93) (S.I. 1993/3050). The new Regulations will be known as the Notification of New Substances (Amendment) Regulations 2002 (NONS 2002).
