This consultative document will consult on amendments to Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations and Control of Lead at Work Regulations to implement the health aspects of the Chemical Agents Directive (CAD); and consult on the revision of the COSHH ACOPs to bring them into line with HSC criteria and reflect amendments arising from CAD. The publication is aimed at the hazardous substances industries and the lead industry.
