Proposals for new amending Regulations for the Notification of New Substances: NONS 2001

Introduction


This consultative document seeks comments on new regulations proposed by the Health and Safety Commission to amend the Notification of New Substances Regulations 1993 (NONS 93) (SI 1993/3050). The new regulations will be known as the Notification of New Substances (Amendment) Regulations 2001 (NONS 2001).
