Introduction

This consultative document is produced by the Health and Safety Commission. The Commission would like to hear your views about the proposed review of 'Managing construction for health and safety', the current Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM). A draft copy of the proposed revised ACoP is attached at Annex 2 of the consultative document.
