Proposals for new amending Regulations about the Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Chemicals: CHIP 2000

Introduction

This Consultative Document seeks comments on new Regulations proposed by the Health and Safety Commission to amend further the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 1994 (CHIP 2) (SI 1994/3247). The new Regulations will be known as the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (CHIP 2000).
