An Early Day Motion was tabled on 15 March 2007 which resulted in a debate on the CDM 2007 Regulations. On 10 May 2007 the Parliamentary Debate took place. The Committee fully supported the Regulations and recognised the widespread consultation which had taken place and support for the Regulations from the industry.
CDM 2007 provides an important opportunity to integrate health and safety into the management of construction projects and encourages everyone involved to work together to improve health and safety in construction.
