Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007
HSE and the construction industry have worked together to provide useful and practical information which will help you to ensure you follow the CDM 2007 Regulations.
The construction industry have developed guidance specific to each of the main CDM dutyholder groups. The co-ordination of this work has been undertaken by a working group of HSC's Construction Industry Advisory Committee. The 'CDM 2007 industry guidance', as it is now commonly referred, is produced by the industry for the industry and has a particular focus on small / medium sized businesses.
HSE welcomes and supports the construction industry taking ownership and leadership in producing this guidance.
The guidance is freely available to download from the Construction Skills website from April 2007.
