The Approved Supply List (ASL) has been discontinued.
The ASL published in Great Britain the list of harmonised classifications and labelling requirements agreed at European level. This list appeared in Annex I to the Dangerous Substances Directive (67/548/EEC). With the entry into force of the European Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures on 20 January 2009, Annex I ceased to have legal effect. The list of harmonised classifications and labelling requirements were immediately re-enacted and incorporated into Table 3.2 of Part 3 of Annex VI of the CLP Regulation.
