Accident investigation - learning lessons from incidents workshops

HSE are holding a free stakeholder workshop covering accident investigation and lessons learned.  This one day event aims to help delegates to adopt a systematic approach to determine why an accident or incident occurred and to help identify what can be done to prevent further similar accidents or incidents from occurring.

Registration from 09:15. Seminar starts 09:45, finishing at approx. 15:30. Teas/coffees and a free buffet lunch will be provided.

Who should attend?

Senior Managers, SHE Managers, Health & Safety Advisors from the Chemical Sector particularly those from COMAH, Sub-COMAH and Non-COMAH sites in the Cheshire, Merseyside, North Wales, Shropshire and Staffordshire areas.
