  1. Welcome, introductions and apologies.
  2. To agree terms of reference for the Offshore Charging Review Group (draft attached).
  3. To consider draft terms of reference for Industry-wide Charging Review Group (draft to follow) and make nominations.
  4. The Guide to Charging for HSE's Offshore functions (copy attached ):
    1. ensuring guide's fitness for purpose;
    2. presentation on complaints/disputes procedure.
  5. Evaluation of Offshore Charging.
  6. Putting in place the project to consider the feasibility of moving to component or banded charging (terms of reference to be developed).
  7. Update on practical issues arising from charging.
  8. Discussion - 'making the system work for industry and the regulator' (what more needs to be done).
  9. Consideration of draft press release.
  10. Any other business.
  11. Date and time of next meeting.
