National Safety Symposium 2009
6 – 8 September 2009, Watford Hilton hotel, Elton Way, Watford.
Organised by the IOSH Public Services Group, with support from the Healthcare, Education and Environmental and Waste Management Groups, the National Safety Symposium is holding a three-day event for health and safety professionals in the public sector.
This year's symposium will address health and wellbeing in the workforce, looking at how improving workplace health can increase productivity and efficiency. The programme will focus on the need to keep improving workplace standards, to motivate workforces and to deal with the challenges faced in the current economic climate.
The event will offer a selection of activities, including:
- great networking opportunities;
- a variety of sessions; and
- the opportunity to hear from experts
