- Do you or your staff regularly use display screens at work for a significant part of the day?
- Do you or your staff use a keyboard, mouse or another input device, eg a trackball?
- Have you or your staff complained of any discomfort or aches and pains?
You will need to:
- analyse workstations, and assess and reduce risks;
- ensure workstations meet minimum requirements;
- plan visual display unit (VDU) work so that staff have breaks or changes of activity;
- provide eye and eyesight tests for VDU users who request them and spectacles if required for VDU use;
- provide health and safety training and information for VDU users.
