There has been a new withdrawal notice published (dated 8 October 2007) on the EU Commission (Europa) website. This notice contains a list of substances, which have recently been withdrawn from the biocides review programme, and of substances in product types (PT) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 13 for which a complete dossier was not submitted.
If there are any producers, formulators, associations or other persons wishing to take over the role of participant for the active substance / product type combination listed in the notice then you need to inform the EU Commission and the assigned Rapporteur Member State of your interest by 8 February 2008.
