Following the publication of the withdrawal notice (dated 22 June 2007) and the publication of the list of companies who have indicated an interest in taking over the role of participant, the EU Commission has produced a 'Commission Decision setting a new deadline for the submission of dossiers for certain substances to be examined under the 10 year work programme referred to in Article 16(2) of Directive 98/8/EC’
