Invoices and charges

After the initial free meeting with an applicant further work must be paid for by them, as the HSE has an obligation to recover costs. A completeness check fee should be submitted with the dossier, and must be received before any work can be undertaken on the completeness check. This fee can be paid prior to the submission of the dossier and used towards the cost of an additional pre-submission meeting if required.

If costs incurred for any additional meeting and/or the completeness check itself exceed the completeness check a further invoice will be issued. However, no refund of the completeness check fee is offered if the costs incurred are less than the fee, although any ‘balance’ of payment will be carried forward towards the cost for the evaluation.

HSE accepts payments by either cheque or bank transfer. The full payment details/methods will be outlined in your invoice.
