Once an active substance has been evaluated by the Rapporteur Member State and other Member States have been consulted, a decision will be made on whether the substance can be accepted for Annex 1 entry.
The list of active substances on Annex 1 can be found on the Europa website.
Biocidal products can only contain active substances that have been evaluated and are included in Annex 1 of the BPD.
There is currently no list of products that hold an approval under BPD/R as no product authorisation has occurred yet, but we will make a list available once product authorisation does occur.
