e-learning courses

All English language courses have been allocated

ASHEeLA, who represent training providers that offer e-learning courses, have confirmed that all of the free e-learning asbestos awareness courses that were pledged have now been allocated. This is great news as online learning (often referred to as e–learning) is increasingly used as a method of providing asbestos awareness training. HSE recognises the use of e-learning as a viable delivery method, among others, for the delivery of information, instruction and training in relation to asbestos awareness training, provided the course content satisfies the objectives as stipulated in Regulation 10 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 and the supporting Approved Code of Practice.

Places still remain on foreign language courses

Places remain in Polish, Russian and Romanian. As a result ASHEeLA have decided to keep these course places open and available free of charge.
