HSE are continuously looking at ways to develop and improve the Farm Self-Assessment Software. If you would like to take part in any future review or evaluation then please provide your contact details in the boxes below.
When we carry out a review of the software (usually every 12-18 months), then we may contact you to seek some feedback and views from those who have completed the assessment. We would also be interested in the views of those who downloaded the software but who chose not to complete it.
