HSE aims to be an exemplar organisation in terms of health and safety management and performance. Part of achieving this is making clear plans each year about internal health and safety. These plans set out the key activities we want to do and the targets we have set ourselves. Our overall policy statement shows the 'why' of our health and safety organisation; the annual corporate plan sets out 'how' and 'what' for each year.
