Health and Safety Executive meetings

The Health and Safety Executive is committed to being open about what it does and this page provides access the papers from several management groups.

The HSE Board regularly reviews its business. This means that some planned meetings may not include an open session and may be subject to change/cancellation to meet business needs.

Papers should always be read in conjunction with the minutes of the meeting to see if further action or change was planned. Minutes are linked to from the agenda of the next meeting.

Board

The Health and Safety Commission (HSC) and Health and Safety Executive merged on 1 April 2008. This page provides access to papers for the new Board and to an archive of papers for HSC.

Open meetings

The Health and Safety Executive wants people to have the opportunity to see how the Board works and reaches its decisions.

Management Board

Advisory committees and industry groups

The Health and Safety Executive is supported by a range of advisory committees and industry groups. These bodies may be concerned with health and safety in a particular industry or sector, or with particular hazards present across a range of industry sectors.
