He will present the current draft version of the leaflet to the Forum and welcomes members’ views about its effectiveness and suitability from a small business perspective. | 7 | HABIA: A Case Study in Communications Wendy Nixon, of the Hair and Beauty Industry Authority (HABIA), will give a talk on how this Trade Association tackles the problems of communicating health and safety information to their (mainly) SME membership. This will include a summary of recent HABIA initiatives and will close with a discussion between Forum members regarding the problems they face when communicating with their membership and any ideas they have to tackle them.
