  • its approach to issues related to the establishment of the new body; and
  • the relationship it should seek with the new body.

5. Promoting Occupational Health in the railway industry - Margaret Burns RIAC advice to HSC on how the industry's performance should be improved

6. EC Second Railways Package (RIAC paper 02/11) - Jane Lumb, HSE
RIAC comments on draft HSC response to the Dept for Transport's consultative letter on the package.
