The Workforce Involvement Workgroup (WIG) looks specifically at ways in which to increase offshore worker involvement in health and safety matters. It's membership reflects key players across the industry. Current members are:

Its terms of reference are:
- to promote greater workforce involvement in health and safety in the workplace.

- KP3 Review project report on
workforce involvement
As part of the KP3 Review the OIAC Workforce Involvement Group (WIG) was asked to contribute a report on offshore workforce involvement. The WIG explored a range of existing mechanisms for workforce involvement - including the roles of elected safety representatives and safety committees - and produced an independent report which forms Annex 5 of the KP3 Review Report. - The 2009 Offshore Workforce Survey
