CONIAC Open meeting: Wednesday 16 March 2016

The Health and Safety Executive is committed to being open about what it does.  It also encourages HSE’s Committees to hold open meetings during the year, where appropriate.

HSE’s Construction Industry Advisory Committee (CONIAC) will be holding an open meeting on Wednesday 16 March 2016.

The meeting will be held in Room 3.02 at Rose Court, 2 Southwark Bridge, London, SE1 9HS.  It will begin at 10 am and finish at around 1 pm.  There will be an “open coffee break” approximately half way through the session to give attendees an opportunity to meet with Committee Members and officials in an informal setting and ask questions.  There is no charge for admission to the meeting but please note that seats are limited in number.

If you wish to attend the CONIAC meeting you should complete the online registration form.  Following this you will receive an e-mail advising you that  a place has been allotted to you or, if no places are available, that your name has been placed on a waiting list.  In the latter case, if a place becomes available it will be offered to you.  Only people who have registered and been allotted a place will be allowed into the meeting.

The agenda for the meeting and all papers for the meeting will, as far as possible, be available at least 4 working days before the meeting.

If you have been offered a place and find that are unable to attend the meeting, please send an email to CSandP@hse.gov.uk to advise accordingly.  This will help in finalising numbers attending the meeting.
