2. reviewed the 2006 Syllabus for the HSE Examination in Mining Law
3. discussed arrangements for processing Mining Qualification Records
4. noted the revision of MQB application forms
5. received an update on progress in reviewing the academic requirements for the National Certificate in Mining Engineering
6. the reconstitution of the Board 
7. noted the dates of future meeting for 2005.
