Gaynor Coldrick

Gaynor Coldrick joined the Health and Safety Executive in March 2006. She heads up the Human Resources and Development functions for HSE and sits on HSE’s Senior Management Team as well as the Cabinet Office HR Leaders Council.

Her current challenges include embedding an e-HR system across the organisation, transforming HR into a fit for purpose 21st century function, removing inefficiency, workforce planning, developing middle managers, equality and diversity and professionalising HSE’s approach to casework.

Gaynor previously worked in Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Merseyside Police Authority and Bryant and May Ltd.
