MoU between HSENI relating to genetically modified organisms Nil, apart from the signatories The memorandum records the arrangements between HSENI and HSE for the provision of technical support and advice for HSENI’s permissioning, inspection and enforcement in connection with the contained use of genetically modified organisms. It comes into effect on 1 April 2015, to reflect the new enforcement powers granted to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) by the Regulated Activities Regulations 2014.
