(i) oral update on submissions considered at previous meeting:

• Work related respiratory symptoms and sensitisation to enzymes in bakers. (ETHCOM/REG/02/05: revised).
• Immunological and respiratory effects of metal particulates. (ETHCOM/REG/02/10);
• An investigation into the aetiology of current musculo-skeletal disorders in chainsaw operators. (ETHCOM/REG/02/11).

• A scoping study of heat stress in tunnelling operations (ETHCOM/REG/02/13) Discussion to be preceded by a presentation by Damian Bethea (PPE section, HSL) on work in heat stress environments and associated methodologies.
  
• Investigation of possible autoimmune responses induced by organophosphate exposure. (ETHCOM/REG/02/14).
  
• Assessment of hand-arm vibration risks in woodworking. (ETHCOM/REG/02/12)
