We operate a helpdesk for UK businesses and other stakeholders which provides information on REACH and responds to enquiries about the provisions of this new legislation, but which may not be able to solve business-specific problems.
The helpdesk also acts as an initial point of contact with the UK Competent Authority on technical matters.
Please remember that the helpdesk is only one of a number of sources of help. People with REACH questions may also consider seeking help from a relevant trade association or from a consultancy. They can be found via the internet and may be able to address specific business concerns.
The primary source for information about REACH, including detailed guidance, is the Helsinki-based European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
