Your piece "Jury’s 3D shooting" (The Sun, Friday 11 May 2006 page 27) is factually incorrect.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is not taking the prosecution of the Metropolitan Police over the shooting of Jean Charles De Menezes. Contrary to your article the Crown Prosecution Service is taking the case. We clarified this matter last year - see attached news release.
