The video window appears with the message "Your Computer Settings will not allow you to watch the video"

This error occurs when your computer cannot process the Java enabled video stream. Your computer may not have the JavaTM Platform installed or it may not be activated. In order to activate the JavaTM Platform, follow the steps below.

Microsoft® Internet Explorer (IE)

Netscape® Navigator

There is no sound

Although there is music at the beginning, these videos do not rely on your system having speakers.

Playback is jerky or the message "Buffering" appears regularly at the bottom of the screen during playback

The video is encoded at various speeds in order to present the best possible video for your connection speed, however your connection speed may not be high enough to watch the video without these interruptions.

If you are using IE and you are sure that you have a fast connection, check that "JIT compiler" is enabled under Tools -> Internet Options ->Advanced->Microsoft VM.

If you are using a “Dial-up” connection you may experience these problems because of technical limitations caused by your connection rate, if below 30Kbps this may be the reason.

The error message tells me that my operating system is not supported

There are many different combinations of operating systems and browser versions. With most combinations you will be able to watch the video, however older operating systems (Windows 95 or earlier) and internet browsers may not be able display the video.
