HSE has developed a number of formal working arrangements with other regulators and agencies to clarify roles and responsibilities and establish robust communication arrangements between all parties on shared interests.
This Protocol is intended to facilitate effective working relationships between the Health and Safety Executive, Local Authorities in Scotland and the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care on areas of mutual interest.
