The Government's Statement of New Regulation (SNR) covers a six month period. It includes only domestic measures to be commenced during the period covered by the document. All measures included should have an impact assessment validated by the Regulatory Policy Committee.
The Statement of New Regulation from January to June 2011was published on 7 April 2011, with one HSE entry, The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (Application outside Great Britain) (Variation) Order 2011.
The second statement was published in September 2011 with no HSE entries.
The third Statement (SNR3) was published on 28 February 2012 with one HSE entry, The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
