IMPORTANT : When searching for prosecutions which have resulted from a fatality, only convictions reportable following fatalities under RIDDOR - The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 are returned. Although all convictions following a fatality are available to view on this site any which are not RIDDOR reportable, won't be returned using the 'resulting from a fatality' search criteria.
