The Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2009 SI No 716 known as CHIP4 sets out the rules on the classification, packaging, labelling of dangerous chemicals and preparations. The CHIP regulations will gradually be replaced by the aforementioned European CLP Regulation.
