This circular provides guidance on the Working Time Regulations 1998
The information has been updated in the light
of HSE's experience of enforcing the Regulations. It also takes account of various amendments to the Regulations including the 2009 changes for doctors in training. It should be read together with OC 1/7 The Working Time Regulations 1998: Enforcement Guidelines.
