Planning Authority staff have been invited to give their views on PADHI+ and the Consultation Zone Library (CZL). HSE is particularly keen to discover how well HSE is advising and supporting planning authority staff in their use of PADHI+ and CZL.
The invitation to complete the questionnaire has been made to just over 200 users of PADHI+ / CZL within 160 Planning Authorities, with invitations being issued to two or more staff at some of the larger Planning Authorities. The sample of Planning Authorities selected for inclusion in this exercise has been designed to include coverage of a range of types and sizes of Planning Authorities and various levels of usage of PADHI+ . However, the questionnaire can easily be made available to additional staff members or additional Planning Authorities, if required.
The questionnaire mainly consists of multiple choice questions and should take approximately fifteen minutes to complete. Those invited to participate have been advised to seek any necessary approval of their line-managers. The questionnaire will be available for completion on-line between Monday 2 June and Friday 27 June 2008.
Please note: All information collected will be treated in strictest confidence and thus no individuals will be identified in any published reports or summaries. Similarly, responses will not be attributed to any specific planning authorities.
A summary of the analysis of the data collected via the questionnaire and HSE’s response will subsequently be published via the Land Use Planning pages of the HSE website.
